When my son was in grade 1, he discovered Witblox at their stall during the Maker Faire in Hyderabad. He was so captivated by the simplicity and possibilities of Witblox that we bought a mega kit on the spot. Since then, he has completed over 30 different projects with it, all unique and not mentioned in the manual. I found Witblox to be an excellent tool for learning and prototyping advanced robotics. The components are sturdy, easy to use, and versatile. Although they are more expensive than bare components from an electronics store, the safety, speed, and convenience they provide make them worth the price. After purchasing Witblox, I evaluated other similar products, but none offered as much value for money. I strongly recommend Witblox.
My son was 5 years old when I got him the PeeCee Play Computer. By then, he knew a little about connecting DC motors, LED bulbs, wires, and switches. I was apprehensive about whether he would be able to manage this on his own. To my surprise, he was able to navigate and control almost everything that didn’t require coding. I can definitely say that my son's introduction to technology started with this. There are many more things he has yet to explore. I also want to mention the friendly customer service; their team is always available to resolve any issues that may arise.
I am studying in class 2, and I've been using Witblox for a year now. Even though I don't have the AI blocks yet, I've already built many cool projects!
Here are some of my creations:
1. Water dispenser: A handy machine that dispenses water with the push of a button, perfect for hot summer days.
2. Truck: My very own mini-truck with a working bed that can lift and lower.
3. Vacuum cleaner: This little robot keeps my room clean by sucking up dust and dirt.
4. Floor mopper: An automatic robot that mops the floor, leaving it sparkling clean.
5. Water filter switch: A smart switch that turns on the water filter when needed, saving water and energy.
6. Line-following robot: A fun and educational toy that follows a line drawn on the floor.
7. Fruit juice dispenser: A machine that dispenses delicious fruit juice, perfect for a healthy and refreshing treat.
8. Following car: A miniature car that follows me around, ensuring I always have a companion.
9. IR sensor: A sensor that detects objects and can be used to control other devices.
I love using Witblox to bring my ideas to life. It's so much fun to see my creations come together and work! I can't wait to learn more and build even more amazing things in the future.

Why We Started
PowerParents began when our founder, Capt. Venkat, noticed the immense creativity in his own son, Laksh. Inspired by Laksh’s curiosity and innovative spirit, Capt. Venkat realized the potential in every child to be more than just a passive consumer. He envisioned a community where parents could support and nurture their kids to become active creators. Thus, PowerParents was born, dedicated to empowering children aged 3 to 15 with the resources, tools, and support to bring their imaginative ideas to life.
Creating active creators, not passive consumers
Kids should be active creators to unlock their full potential. Engaging in creative activities helps develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. This boosts their confidence and fosters a sense of accomplishment. By turning screen time into productive, hands-on activities, we help them transform ideas into tangible results. Encouraging kids to create prepares them for a future where they can lead, innovate, and make meaningful contributions to the world.
