How It Started
Realizing that traditional schooling is not greatly helpful in fostering his son’s talents, Captain Venkat took a hands-on approach. He understood that empowering his son to make decisions would help him become independent and a self-driven learner. Beyond the confines of school walls, Captain Venkat dedicated time, resources, and creativity to establishing digital platforms and organizing offline activities to empower his son’s passions.
This personal experience highlighted the need to empower kids from an early age, leading Captain Venkat to share their journey globally. This outreach garnered widespread support, with individuals worldwide contributing technical guidance, gadgets, and, most notably, the collaboration of Dr. Aniruddha Malpani.
Dr. Malpani’s shared vision and collaborative spirit fueled the creation of PowerParents. Together, they envisioned a platform not limited to personal endeavors but one that could impact millions of parents and their children. Thus, PowerParents was born – aimed at empowering one child at a time.

Founder.
Capt. is a former military officer and founder of three startups, is a trainer and coach who leads by example. He works closely with his kid in this endeavor, focusing on community building and forming partnerships to empower parents and children through innovative educational solutions.

Lakshveer Rao
Cofounder.
Lakshveer is a 6-year-old Grade 2 student and DIY enthusiast. Working closely with his father, Lakshveer creates engaging content, writes blogs, makes videos, and runs a YouTube channel. Together, they spark creativity and inspire others to explore the world of hands-on learning.
